About Me

I started practicing yoga seriously to be a counterfoil to jogging but it was when my knees complained when jogging I gave up running and started practicing yoga 3 times a week. This was the Ah ha moment for my relationship with yoga and I started feeling all the other amazing benefits as well as the benefits of the movement and exercise. I have been practicing yoga since 2007.

In 2016 I became passionate to learn more about yoga and trained with Yoga London qualifying as a Yoga Teacher with my 200 hour Yoga Alliance accredited qualification.

I have been teaching weekly group classes and private classes ever since and I am still passionate about sharing the amazing health benefits of yoga with others.

Yoga is a continuing journey for me I attend workshops, retreats regularly and have taken further qualifications in specific areas such as Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation.
